Mustafa Almukhtar is currently head of the Geo-Engineering department at Urban Reform Consultant INC., Ontario -Canada. Also, he is in charge of being the incorporation coordinator with the Engineering Institute of Canada (EIC) for the (Quality CEU Provider) accreditation program. Mustafa Almukhtar is a member of the Ontario Society of Professional Engineers (OSPE) and the Canadian Society for Civil Engineering ( CSCE). Mustafa Almukhtar has BSc. in Civil Engineering, with over 20 years of international experience in Geotechnical; Mustafa managed thousands of completed soil investigation reports and provided practical design solutions for multi-disciplinary projects different sizes. Attend significant site work and recommend the most economical and technical solutions for the soil improvement and type of foundations and reviewed specific improvements to designs, systems, methods, procedures, and applications. Monitored and maintained a working knowledge of recent developments in geotechnical engineering technology, techniques, and procedures. Acted and led in providing functional, technical, and operational guidance to multiple geotechnical concerns.
