I have an extensive experience in both the private & public sectors in a cross section of industries ranging Oil & gas to power & water distribution in different disciplines design, construction & maintenance. Also I have been working within a contracts management for more than 15 years in Water & electricity industries ,Leading a team of different types of Projects (EPC, PPP,LTRA …etc) with widely experience of preparing tenders, review expression for interest, evaluate/analysis of commercial bids, negotiate terms & conditions of contracts/subcontract including sub-contracting strategy sub-contract clarifications, contractual conflict resolution, preparing change orders/claims, correspondence with sub-contractors/clients/law enforcing agencies & finally awarding of contracts using systems with several implantations including Maximo, Oracle ERP system.
