It’s an essential useful study for the developers in Ontario residential construction business
which has been made by BILD in Sept. 2020 .
As they have to add development charges and indirect costs between:
$ 58K to $ 87K for 2000 sq foot for typical single detached homes, and
$ 44K to $ 66K for high-rise apartments.
Besides the study highlights the best cities in municipal process as follows:
1- Barrie. 2- Burlington. 3- Oakville. 4- Clarington. 5- Oshawa
